Lived here for a couple of years and never had a problem until I told them I was moving out. All of a sudden mysterious charges appeared out of nowhere, I was told that rent was paid late the year before (no notice given to me) and charges had been buiding up. Had to show proof that it was paid on time then told that the charges were actually for utilities.

Guys, I wanted to live somewhere else, ok' You need to learn to just let go.
