Starting when it was a Jefferson property, I've been here six years, and hate to leave, especially since I'm moving to Dallas. This is an excellent complex. From the third floor, I've been fairly conscious of noise, but none of my previous downstairs neighbors have been disturbed, even when I've asked them directly. Security is OK to great; while the gates aren't as secure as they should be, apparently no apt. complex gates work perfectly. Maintenance is above average; although I've occasionally had to repeat requests for maintenance, once the maintenance team is notified, they are quicker than promised, as well as honest and unobtrusive. Package pickup is fine; in fact, I worked from my apt. for more than two years, with a lot of business transactions, and never had a problem. Parking can be a problem, so just rent a covered space or garage, or park at the back (not *that* far to walk.) I give them overall an 'A'.
