apt is fine but management is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We live here for a year, and apartment is fine, but the management is REALLY bad.
People at the office are the worst kind of people, and just not nice, and many residents apparently feel this way. That is the only reason why we want to move out.
