Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We have to bathe in spare bath because there is no water pressure in the master, even after putting in five requests for it to be fixed. Huge ant problem around the property. Other than that its a quite place to live. Management is subpar, rent increases at renewal are outrageous.
