Our biggest complaint is with noise. We've had many neighbors who woke us up at all hours of the night with their parties on patios and loud music. The management has been responsive to our noise complaints and I think they actually evicted some folks due to the number of noise violations they had. We believe there is new management now and so far the people in the main office seem happier and nicer than before. The apartments themselves are fine although the rent just increased quite a bit. There has been some crime in the parking lot in terms of petty break-ins but probably not above average for a city like Austin. I think AMLIs biggest problem is that they are located near ACC and so they get a lot of young tenants who like to party. The maintenance folks are very nice and always fix everything quickly.

I honestly never see any students other than myself at AMLI. I've never heard parties.
But honestly what do you expect when you move to a complex backed by a college.
