I lived here for a year and found it to be a good locale. Besides being close to my work, it was also close to pretty much all the stores in the area. In addition, it had the convenience of bordering two gas stations/convenience stores for those quick stops when you didn't feel like leaving. ACC is next door as well, so if you plan on taking some classes then the complex is walking distance.

I rarely had maintenance issues but when I did they were quickly taken care of. The only setback to this property was the landscaping around the patios. I had a first-floor apartment and the only thing outside my patio was dirt where there used to be bushes and a bunch of dead grass. The sprinklers did work, but the grass was never green and new bushes were never planted. However, they somehow managed to keep the office landscaping tidy for the prospective residents to see. I always thought that was funny.

As for office staff, friendly and professional. But I didn't deal with them much, so I can't say much more than that.

There are two pools, usually the one near the office was full so I spent most of my pool time in the other one, and used the barbeque pit out there on occasion. I visited the on-site fitness center numerous times and it provided everything I needed. The little creek running through the property was pleasant on the little walks to the mailbox. I did enjoy living here, and the only reason I moved was because I switched jobs and had to move closer to my new workplace.

I'd say overall I was satisfied with this place, prices were reasonable, and it's not a bad place to live.
