I've lived here for about a year now. The staff is great - friendly, helpful, etc. The maintenance is always very responsive. As far as the apartments themselves go, they are good. The place was clean when I moved in and the appliances were clean and up to date. I've lived in places with leaky pipes and semi-rusted appliances before, so having up to date items is nice! Only one thing has broken so far (the blinds) and maintenance came right away to fix them.

The gym and the pools are nice. The main pool has good tables/chairs and shaded areas. The other pool only seems to have about 2 functioning chairs. The gym is great and never crowded...only suggestion from me would be adding some free weights.

The only complaint I have is the location and parking. You pretty much have to drive everywhere, there aren't any places you can walk to and grab a bite to eat...well, maybe one, the pizza place around the corner - but that's Austin, not AMLI. As for parking, there are always spaces open near my apartment, but they are tiny! I drive a small car and I often have to readjust multiple times to fit into the spot. People are always just taking up two spots because they don't have enough time (or care enough) to put the effort into trying to fit into one!

I'll probably be here for as long as I'm in Austin.
