So far, so good.

We moved here in August so that my wife could attend the Austin Community College Northridge campus right down the road. For that, it's convenient. Traffic can be heavy at rush hour, especially on MoPac, but that's true everywhere in town.
The staff have been friendly, accommodating and helpful. We asked to have carpeting replaced and that was no problem.
We like the vaulted ceilings, the fireplace, and the layout of the apartment. We've had good luck with quiet neighbors.
We recently received fliers asking us to complain about the noise from the CapMetro train. Although we can hear it (and we're in one of the buildings closer to the tracks) it doesn't bother us. It's probably 3/4 of a mile away and muffled.
