I have lived here since 2007 and am obviously content if I'm still here. I am THRILLED with my renewal rate, which was reduced ALOT due to the economy this time around. I mean, who does that'' I was prepared for a small increase, but to get my rent reduced' It was a welcome surprise. I got a garage at this special rate they did of $35/mo so parking is not an issue for me.
What I like:
Location
Size
Price
Ability to pay rent, submit service requests and email the office online
Social events
Walking distance to cafe, gas station, karoake bar
What I don't: (Even the best has it's down size, right')
Cabinets - Not a fan of the "light" wood, but not a deal breaker
Appliances - Prefer the black, but not willing to pay what other complexes charge just for this one upgrade
Recycling - There is recycling here, but could use more bins that are in better locations
That about does it for me. I am a well educated, hard working person that appreciates getting a good value for my hard earned dollar and AMLI provides that. The office staff is always nice, even when someone is being a ---- to them and the maintenance has always been done within 24-48 hours.
Overall, Great experience and I will continue to stay. Personally, I recommend this place, but to each his own.
