Rude Manager

When I was looking to rent an apartment I was drawn in by what I thought was a safer gated community. Since I have lived here the gates have been 'broken' and open more days than they have been closed. In addition, we have had an increase of theft, vandalism, and crime within the complex. To the extreme that they have cops driving through the complex in unmarked vehicles patrolling the complex.
Despite all of this, the apartment says they are working on fixing things. If you have a problem with your apartment, management is pretty good about fixing it. If you have a problem with another resident' That is your fault. There are many rude and inconsiderate residents living at AMLI. The manager (Tricia) has been rude to me several times. Apartment management not taking the initiative to appease their residents is pretty common here.
I wouldn't recommend this apartment. You can find an apartment closer to downtown for cheaper. They are overpriced for the quality of tenants here.
