The apartment buildings look very nice, although the professionalism of amli is far from satisfactory. Half the washers and dryers were broken for months, staff were alerted and did nothing, a fellow inmate had the wise idea to mark the broken ones with a sharpie, amli repaired them a few weeks later, rubbed off the marker, replaced the coin slots and increased the price to $1.25 to cover the cost of the repairs Im guessing. Many still dont work properly. The gates dont work, havent for a long time, apartments and cars get broken into frequently

wow...i've never had any problems like this. The washer and dryers are not maintained by AMLI if you look at the giant poster on the laundry wall they are maintained by a different company. I have personally heard the manager upset about the company that maintains them, and yelling at them to come fix them for her residents. My experience with maintainence has been wonderful. They fixed my A/C right away, and on a Saturday at that. One time my neighbor flooded their apartment and they responded immediatly, including making repairs on a weekend. I've never experienced a "don't bother me attitude". I stop by the office on a weekly basis to use the computers in the office and I know for a fact that the office staff went for a week with no A/C during very hot weather so that the fix it staff could focus on two A/C's that went down. This is a huge property and I always see those boys running around like crazy. Don't forget they have a 48hr guarantee. Sorry you're having a bad experience, but I love it here :) By the way...just renewed and they dropped my rate $80.
