been livig here for 3 years bt i am not going to renew my lease here again and the main reason is because i am getting transferred out of Austin. Overall in all my 3 yrs i have nevr had any problems except my fiance's car was broken into once last year and today i saw a snake in my patio.I know the snake would not be able to enter inside my apartment but still it was a big deal for me. I just make sure that i check around before i walk from now. Those of you who have kids please watch your kids. Otherwise i have never had any problems in this apartments. The staff at the leasing office has always been nice to me and never had any problems with them.

Crime is a huge problem at these apartments. The management does not respond, except to hold meetings at the office with a police officer on a monthly basis. They refused to change gate codes, and gates are often broken and remain open.

changing the gate codes or closing gates is not going to deter anyone from entering the complex. do you realize how many people open and close the gates everyday. it is just as easy to piggyback.
