Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
This complex was pretty nice for the first few years, but this past year has been filled with car break ins and apartment thefts, which I'm sure the front gates always being broken doesn't help. My neighbor's apartment was broken into and she was on the second floor!!!! Management didn't send out a notice til a month later, only to tell us that quite a few second floor apartments were burglarized.
The thermostat in my apartment was repaired over two months ago and the guy left a huge hole in the wall while he was replacing it. He said that he would be back Monday to repair it and he hasn't been back since. I've called the office 6 times to tell them and they always tell me that they are too backed up to come out. They weren't too busy to send my upstairs neighbor a notice that she left 2 boxes out on her balcony for too long and to move them or she will be fined.
I've seen guys driving their dirt bikes and ATVs from the back wooded area and come into the complex behind my building. I've called the office several times and they said they were unable to do anything and just call 311 for a noise complaint.
This place just isn't worth the trouble anymore. With the increase of crime, broken front gates, and slow management responses...I will be moving out.
