Behind the fresh paint on the exterior the place is a dump. Staff is rude, unfriendly and have double standards for the residents and themselves especially when it comes to what you put on your balcony. They are always changing office hours, rushed home after work many times to find the office closed at 6:15pm when they are supposed to be open until 7:00 pm. They also no not care about water conservation, so if you want a low water bill stay away. They water the lawn 7 days a week all year round and have the nerve to put up signs that read "doing the right thing doing without flowers" with a water conservation symbol. No thought that it's not the flowers it's the sprinkler systems running every day that uses the water.
