so you want to live downtown '...look no further. i was impressed with a number of things; of particular note, were the quality of construction and staff. the urban styling and architecture is of the best. insulation from neighboring units and street noise was exceptional; however, one must be a realist, you are "downtown", and there is some street noise. while i was on a lower floor and had an exterior corner unit, i would imagine it is greatly diminished the higher up you are and if you go into an interior unit; i, for one, will miss the hustle and bustle of it. the office staff and maintenance team were great; you will be challenged to find better.
