I have lived here for almost two years. Yes, it is well located and the interiors are nice but it stops there. The walls are thin. Management has refused to deal with noisy neighbors that keep us up all night. Since I have been here, the building has gone through at least 4 managers. They seem to be getting worse and worse and care less and less about us residents. They make me feel like I am crazy when I complain about things like animal feces in the hall! Also, the fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night at least 6 times since I have lived here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know because you can go anywhere else in town and pay less to be treated with a bit more respect.
Note: although I gave parking four stars, it is an extra $135 per car per month. Yes, that is more than anywhere else I have heard of in town.

I totally agree. I moved here 7 months ago only to regret it.I'm only paying for location. The construction for the "W" hotel keeps me up all hours of the night-Don't bother complaining to the management;nothing gets done. And nothing angers me more than paying $600.00 deposit for your beloved pet plus an additional $10.00/month for per rent.IT'S UNHEARD OF!! If my office wasn't 4 blocks from my apt. I would have definately reconcidered my choice.And good luck getting your packages from the office downstairs they once had a box of mine for two weeks and told me day after day I didn't have anything delivered even after I checked the tracking. Just inconsiderated snobs!! Enjoy paying 2 g's for a place you don't want to call home!
