Zinfandel Floorplan
Initial fees - $400 (Apt. Deposit, Water Deposit, Application fee, Admin. Fee). March Electricity Bill - $36, Gas $35
I?ve only lived here 3 months but I highly recommend it.
It is a ways from downtown but only a 20-30 minute drive to work, $18 cab ride downtown. So far no problems with parking near my apartment but looks like some other buildings might have a hike.
The apartment is fairly quiet. Heavy/running footsteps and running water can be loud. Very little traffic noise from William Cannon (my windows face it).
Had minor maintenance items when I moved and some items that I just noted on the initial inventory sheet. All of them were handled within 48 hrs to my satisfaction.
The gates can be a bit of a nuisance. Only one time have I found all the gates closed so of course I didn't have the remote. I had to wait for someone to come by.
Great Hiking/biking behind the complex. If you want to get a little exercise after work there are some great trails behind the complex. If you like biking on the road, then it?s right off Southwest Parkway which is used by a lot of bicyclists. Looking for a change of pace, the drive, walk or ride over to Travis Country Circle. You can access the Green Belt on the north side of the circle.
I will post again after I have lived here a while.
