I lived at Amli for Two years without a problem. Even though the apt. I was shown was in much better condition than the one we moved into. However, when it came time for move out, we spotlessly cleaned the place, and Amli is trying to keep the entire deposit for bogus reasons. I was treated horrribly unprofessionally by ------ in the office and even was hung up on when we disagreed on the deposit. I have already complained to ------- but have not had any response yet. It's a shame they have such a bad apple in the bunch. Everyone else there was more than helpful and polite.
