I just moved in (June) and within a week or two a notice was posted on the door about Scorpions and snakes on the property (snakes outside). I'm born and raised in Austin (south) and I'm used to living with bugs, but that same day the notice was posted (I hadn't read it yet) I found a Scorpion trying to crawl into my bed - of course, nothing was ever mentioned before moving in. Now I check everything everywhere.
Storage is also very limited and some of the patios are very small in the older apartments. Didn't know this before moving in. Tiles in kitchen (floor) are all loose.
So far management is good and grounds are nice. Not a great start - we'll see.
