I've I loved it when I first came. There was a bit of adjusting to the bugs though. I found scorpions about 5 times, dead & alive. Pill bugs were out of control, they were on the path on the sidewalk from my car to the apt door, to inside! And spiders too.
But really, it's not all that bad because you can exterminate the place, and all that is ok since the place is set on a beautiful hillside nestled with trees & greenery.
And it has cleared up. It seems that change of seasons or conditions like rain bring them out more or less. Or maybe pest control has been out there.
There are paths you can walk on, areas you can bike at, and it's at a decent location near shopping.
The office staff was cool, and I did use their business office time to time. Which was nice.
My only gripe is that there isn't enough lighting in the parking area there at the last buildings in the back, building 17 I think.
And since there isn't any lighting & fencing back there, I felt uncomfortable with that due to prior experience at another apartment complex.
I still enjoyed living there, the neighbors were friendly & overall it was quiet.
