Nice Place

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
I lived there from 1997 - 1998 and I had a good experience overall. They were pretty responsive once you told them about a problem. The apartments are nice - but nothing unique. At that time, the apartments were newer and because it was located on greenbelt, there could be some pretty nasty bugs. But since the apartments are older now, they may be better about controlling bugs now. However, they always came and sprayed fairly quickly when I told them I needed it.
