I've lived here for about a yr and a half, and I would recommend it. Yes, bugs such as scorpions can get bad during the summer, but what do you expect when you live in the woods.

I love the grounds and surrounding greenbelt, very park-like. On the few occasions that I've dealt with the staff, they were nice enough, and the maintenance staff is usually prompt.

I've never experienced any vandalism of theft, and actually left my truck onlocked accidently a few times.

All in all, I have enjoyed this place and the only problem I have is that it's so far away from work/downtown.
