Druggies Everywhere...

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived in the community for over a year (1999-2000). The walls are paper thin, I don't know why they just don't knock them out and have one big building for everyone to share. Secondly, I had serious Drug addicts above me screaming profanities and having wild hallucinations all night long, every night(In the famous Building 3). The office staff was sympathetic, but wouldn't do anything about it. The complex is attractive and has nice views...but not worth it.
