We recently had a major leak in the second bedroom, which took 4 weeks to begin repair. During that time, we couldn't even use the room which meant my child had to sleep on the floor of our bedroom. Due to the long wait for management to pay attention to our complaints, mold began to grow on the wall and floor. During the 9 days of repair, I had to move everything from the room and closet into the living room. The staff is extremely inconsiderate. They are also not responsible for packages left in the office and believe this to mean that it is acceptable for them to leave large boxes marked with DELL located in plain view in the office while they aren't there. There are also lots of bugs. I use to like this place, but when we have a problem, the manager tells us that the building is old, like that excuse somehow makes our problem go away.
