This apartment complex is decent. Almost 11 years old and it is maintained pretty well. Located in South Austin with well kept grounds. The AMD building is only going to make this property more valuable and expensive, and by no means is the building ugly. Construction is not bothersome at all, either. Maintenance is very prompt although not very efficient some times -- had a bad leak in my ac that took a little while to fix.

Unfortunately 99% of the people that leave reviews are the people unhappy with their apartment experience or feel as if they were slighted somehow.

And don't let this posting fool you as it was written by the AMLI apartment staff. No body in their right mind would live in this hell-hole (just look at the reviews!). Plus the AMD building mentioned is a HUGE eye-sore and the traffic has tripled since it opened. This apartment complex just wants to make money so it lets in any rift-raft that comes through their leasing doors. I would bet a $1000 that they don't perform criminal background checks (which is a MANDATORY law in TX) as the ------- that lived above me was arrested at least twice and continued to live there all the while making my life such a living hell that I threatened to sue - and only THEN did they let me out of my lease a whole big 2 months early. Maybe this also explains the increase in burglaries and vandalizing of cars that I also witness during my last 6 months (also see other reviews!). I HATE THIS PLACE and am thankful that I now live in a wonderful apartment that is NOT An AMLI!!!!
