i can walk into the leasing office and they remember my name and apartment number. great, right' well, what does that matter if they fail to tell you when their office hours change (very important considering rent is due by the time they close on the 3rd, not at midnight like other places) or when the fitness center is closed b/c it's being painted'!
the management here is very superficial. they will do what you want to get you in here, then it's like you have no management. the laundry mat was run-into by someone's vehicle, and what did the management do' they waited 3 ENTIRE WEEKS before notifying anyone, and when they did, it was a small one-liner at the end of a memo about other non-related items. then when they did fix it, they never bothered to clean up the place (imagine all the dirt that is collected in a small space over a month or so when different workers are in and out to fix the place up) or fix the broken dryers (that i have complained about 3 times to both the management and the dryer company).
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

You have no idea what you're talking about. I called this month because I knew I wasn't going to make it before close on the 3rd and they told me as long as it was in the night slot by 10 am the next morning it was alright. I'm not saying that this place is perfect by any means but the one thing that is okay is the staff. Try not being rude and they won't be rude to you.
