I have lived in the same apartment for the last 3 years and im going insane.

My First problem is that in thier rules and guidlines it states only 2 cars for a two bedroom and two cars for a onebedroom and each car must be documented for their record, well theres like seven guys living in a two bedroom apartment above me and each one of them have a car so it makes it hard to find a spot, i have to park all the way close to the entrance.

My second problem is the lack of security, fine i understand no apartment is going to gaurantee a saftey but the 3 years ive been here, i would say at 7 times the cars have been broken into, one car actually inlcuding mine. You call amli and all they do is say have you called the police and get the case number and thats it! We have also experienced a peeping tom and a house burglar. I even had somebody ask me even i wanted to buy drugs and my apartment!! Whats worse is they have a secured gate but its always broken or its always open at all hours. Also FYI on the day of my car brake in 32 cars were hit that day including the security officer that was onduty, weird right'

My third complain is the all the noise. In their guidelines it also states that children are not allowed to play on or around the stairs. Well theres this family that has at least 4 kids and when school is out or before school starts they are out there screaming and running up down the stairs throwing rocks shoving sticks in are aircondition unit. I dont like to complain to the main office because i dont want anyone looking at me ugly or saying im a whiner but ive had it i cant sleep on my days off or just simply relax, and im not the only one to complain about the noise the people that live below me also complained. Also these new people moved in above me and they are bar far more louder then the kids. all hours of the night they stoping and making other odd noises, i have asked them to keep it down and complained to the office once again but i had one of the reps ----- hang up on me and i called back thinking it was an accident but he said no he well take care of it.

My fourth Complain is most of the employees are really rude! ----- is the biggest DB of them all, they pretend to act like they care and all act like they did all they could to fix whatever your problem maybe but they really didnt do ----.

The best thing i like about leaving here is the maintence guys are the nicest people here and they actually fix your problem within 48 hours.

Im really not the person to sit and complain because i actually work for a company that deals with allot of -------- everyday so i try not to be like that but i can only take so much from this place.
