When I lived at Lantana Ridge I do not have to worry about any critters in my place. I never saw an ant, roach, or mouse in my apartments. Management was excellent. They painted the bldgs. They were courteous. They maintence crew was quick to fix problems and very courteous. Everyone on the staff was very professional and worked 100% to help residents. I did not have to worry about having trashy neighbors because they are careful in their screening of new residents. The grounds were pristine. The workout room eqipment was updated as well as the clubhouse furnishings. The pool was always a pleasant place to swim or relax by he pool.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an oasis from busy downtown. Lantana Ridge was a peaceful, safe place to live.
