I have never had any issues with this apartment complext. The staff seem a bit "fake" but are nice enough. I tend to interact with them as little as possible. The apartments are nice, parking is easy and the price isn't bad. Most importantly, I have never even heard of any safety problems (despite the fact that the gates are only operational about 50% of the time). The apartments are in a nice residential community, and other than some construction on Mopac, access to the rest of the city is very convenient.
