Nothing special. Pricey. SOme problems with insects and they never seem to send around an exterminator. Never seem to clean the air conditioner filter things. They closed the fairly nice 24 hour office in favor of a lame 8-5 intternet caffe with a nasty (but expensive) cafe machine. Does have 4 nice computers but a waste basically. Office was and is usually not stocked. Have to cross a busy 4 lane highway to get to leasing office.

Scofield Ridge Pwky is hardly a 4 lane highway, it's a small quiet road that dead-ends into howard lane. The pesticide man comes every monday if you ask for it. The air filters too, I've had mine replaced every month, but I did have to ask for it.
