I'm not too sure if that person has lived in apartments much but it's pretty standard that there are going to be break in's to cars regardless of a lot of things. That's just a fact that with so many cars it's liable to happen. Pick your spot wisely and don't leave anything in it visable that someone is going to want. I've lived at several complexes w/ car break in's and yes they normally don't tell you that it's happend because it be a frequent occurence to place 500 plus notes on tenants doors. Use common sense with your vehicle. As far as the office staff they are extremely friendly and I've had no problems with them and an maintenance issue has been resolved extremely promptly that day or early the next day at latest. They do have pest control you need to request it if you have a problem and as well as the air filters being replaced. I've lived her for almost about a year and they've put out notices 2 times about replacing them and I've had a brand new one each time. It's a lot more service than any complex. I've never had them replace items like that for me it was always up to me to change out my air filters. The swimming pool/hot tub and gym I've had no problems with. The street that is being called busy is busy in early morning 8-9 am with traffic trying to get to mopac however later in the day you can cross the street with no problem. Office hours are actually better than most complexes. They can't accomidate everyone's work schedule. They are open later in the morning so that they can stay up til 7 at night during the summer. They close at 6 pm during the winter hours. The office staff is highly accomidating and unless you have had a bad attitude with them than I'm not too sure why that person would have had a bad exeperience. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I'm pretty sure responses like this are written by the management staff here. The security gates are never closed, the complex (at least the 2600 side) is poorly lit and there are always shady people walking around at night. The fitness room is nice but all the free weights had been stolen last time I went, I'm not sure if they've been replaced
