Beware! Your AMLI could be the next MBS Property!

Beware! After giving only a day's notice to their tenants, AMLI likes to sell their complexes to a company called MBS Properties.
When MBS takes over, they immediately start accepting Section 8 (welfare) vouchers in order to fill all of the remaining vacancies, and they will defer all maintanence requests infinitely. Your beautiful complex become a slum overnight and you will have little recourse.
For more information, type in "AMLI" in "search by apartment name" at the upper right corner of this page, and read the reviews for the former AMLI apartments. Good Luck!
