These apartments are great. We've been living here about a year and a half and have had no problems to speak of.
The staff is nice and helpful. Maintenance is good (Israel and Chris are super!! Not sure if they are still here though-we don't have to call them very often)
We hear neighbor's music on occasion but nothing major. The apartments seem very well built and they are the quietest apartments that we've ever lived in--as far as noise coming through walls.
Silverfish are kind of abundant but not a deal breaker.
Overall, we love it here.
