I've lived in this complex for just over a year -- just renewed my lease -- and I think it's great. The office staff is nice, friendly, and accommodating; the maintenance staff is smart and fast and friendly; the area is beautiful.

I notice another poster made some negative comments about parking. Although I also have a garage (so parking isn't an issue for me personally), I have only had parking difficulties for guests on extremely rare occasions. If I have one guest, he can always park behind my garage. If I have more, they can always park within 300 feet of my apartment. (If they come at 1:00 a.m. on a Friday night, maybe parking would be more dificult.)

I would recommend this place to anyone (and do whenever I have the opportunity). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! (But I don't check that email account very often.)
