Pros:
Staff is very friendly. Mant is quick. Amenities are great. The price is descent. I had a 6 mo lease and renewed w/o an increase. Two pools and gyms. You can rent movies from the office for free. Internet cafe (which closes too early for me not to have to pay for internet, but still cool).

Cons: True, parking isn't great unless you get the covered spots. If they recover the parking surfaces, be prepared to park a mile away from your front door. (Did this piss anyone else off'!). It's 15 miles from downtown where I work. The light on Mopac is terrible, but you can time it b/c it turns green every morning at the same time.

Overall, I'd live here again.

I also live here -- that light onto MoPac used to be really bad, but the wait time was cut in half after the toll road opened. That light isn't really an issue anymore.
