They charged me a $25.00 trash fee when they found my trash outside my apartment door. It was literally left there for no more than 5 minutes while my husband found his wallet. He was going to drop it off on the way to the store. To top it off this was on a day when it was 30 degrees outside and it was icy outside. I didn't feel safe walking. When I called to explain to them what had happened, their response was, "If we find trash, we find trash." Did even care!

The water bill almost tripled while I was there. They switched water companies and didn't even bother to tell people that there would probably be an increase in the bill. Be ready...almost $100.00 during the summer time.

They repaved the parking lot while I was living there. It didn't need it at all and was a big inconvience.

Dog poop is everwhere.

Carpet gets dirty really easy. A great way for them to take your deposit. I lost mine.

I always heard my neighbor upstairs. I'm talking 2 or 3 in the morning.

Parking is terrible, if you don't get covered parking.

To renew our lease we would have to pay $150.00 more a month.

I can go on and on, just don't rent there.
