I moved in two months ago, and so far with the few maintenance requests that Ive come across they have been great at taking care of them. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the new maintenance manager/person is a woman and she took care of everything so quickly. I also like the staff a lot, they made the move from Iowa really easy. The parking could be better but they rent carports for only $20 a month so I got one of those and now everything is great. Also, when I moved in they left me a little gift...this is def. the only place Ive ever lived that has done that for me.
