Ive lived at Amli Scofield for almost a year....I have no complaints, while no apartment is ever going to be as nice and quiet as a "house" its been great....minimal noise,I have a garage, people are friendly, nice neighborhood.... its not near as dramatic as most of these people tend to exagerate on this website....

You must be one of the very few people that were able to get an apartment around the back-side of the complex. To say that people "exagerate" on here is a rather ignorant statement. You have obviously never had to deal with the management or a staircase being right next to your bedroom wall.

Actually, I live right next to a staircase, by the access gate (near the office) AND on the first floor. Yes, it can get noisy because my windows (yes, all of them) are right in front of the parking spaces, but I agree with the exaggerations. All apartment's have issues. Yes, I do admit you can hear everything, but I still get a GREAT night's sleep and the management here rocks. It's pretty quiet at night, but during the day you can here what's going on. It's worth the money to me, regardless.

READERS: please be sure to read ALL reviews when favoring a specific complex, as management WILL write in their own reviews. they have quotas to fill. Please be sure to do your research thoroughly!! Do not take these reviews lightly!! Keep on the lookout for repeat complaints (complaints on the same issue from various tenants). While apartment living is a challenge for most, great management can make it somewhat bearable. unfortunately, good management is rare. Poor management is a reflection of poor ownership- these companies are not screening candidates as they should be, thus we the tenants must suffer due to their lack of experience and/or training. Also, if tenants would do more research and homework on what their rights are, management would most definitely humble themselves. future tenants- please take these reviews to heart!!!! these posts are not reflections of a one time bad experience; chances are, if a past/current tenant is taking the time to write a review on a place, it's to help you out, so read these, take them to heart, and get to know your rights as a tenant!!!!!

You're going to have issues at whatever apartment you go to. There is always going to be some noise, because it is not a house. Maybe a house would be a better option for you. It looks to me like AMLI isn't doing too bad considering they have been open since 2002 and have over 400 units and only a few complaints on here. They must be doing something right.
