I think that...

I think the last review was mistaken too. Seems that the last review was about the Amli Stonehollow, not Amli Scofield Ridge.
- I've seen the AMLI STONEHOLLOW location, that one is closer to downtown, and they have the A/C units outside the bedroom windows, plus those at Stonehollow are older apartments.
- I live in the AMLI SCOFIELD RIDGE, and these apartments are much newer. I saw a 2003 map, and this road wasn't even on the map yet. It's also away from the intown mess. I am NOT near downtown, but closer to the tech places up here.
- I don't have any noise problems here, except what the one person mentioned in another recent review; about the lawn work is done at 8am, they are right outside my windows with their lawnmowers and leaf blowers. That gets annoying, but is only when they feel the grass needs tended to, and thankfully they don't do it on weekends when you want to sleep in. Which they do a great job keeping the place well maintained inside and out.
- My water and trash charges are not out of ordinary. Yes the water bill comes with the rent bill, but I find it more convenient that way.
- Addressing the parking comment, I don't have any problems about the garage. And our other car always gets a decent space, though not always right in front, but at least a reasonably short walk. Agreed that the later you come, the less likely you'll get the perfect spot in front of your building.
- About management, I think they are just great. I don't think they've changed any personnel, but I could be wrong, I just know they are very nice and get what I need done with no problems. The only times I've dealt with them had to do for me was a minor problem when I first moved in and fetch my packages from the back office when I come to pick them up. They always remember my name, and just asked a few time which apartment I'm in for the package pickups.
- All in all, I agree with the other posts that it's a great place, just a little bit pricey, but well worth the service, amenities, and safety here. And any place will up the rent each lease renewal to match needs to the market and whatnot. Though I agree that it's a bit more than I'd prefer to pay, I take it for the convenience of staying a better place than whatever I've searched for around here.
- If I have to ask AMLI SCOFIELD RIDGE to make any changes for the better, I'd ask not to up the rent so much on tenants that have been good throughout their stay!
And please start the lawn care later that 8 in the morning!
Just my 2cents worth.
BTW, I wonder how many other people have mistaken this AMLI location for another AMLI that isn't so good' Oh well.

I am not mistaken about where I live. I live at Scofield Ridge. It is close to town. Takes 20 minutes on a good day. I am happy for you that you have never experienced what we have. I pray you never do.
