yea they do have some attitude.
In all honestly people, look somewhere else. Your dollar will go much farther at another downtown complex, there's plenty of them.
Also, having just moved out of there recently, people have to talk about the noise at this apartment. Its absolutely terrible. The construction for the W Hotel will be going on for at least the rest of the year, and they'll mix cement at all hours of the night. Just live somewhere else where construction's not going on. It's not worth waking up constantly to 6 cement trucks right outside your building mixing cement at 3 or 4am...
They'll lie to you and say they don't work in the middle of the night, go out there one night and see for yourself before you agree to something you're going to regret. Its actually impressive to find a building thats next to some noise thats worse than train tracks.

The customer isn't right when the customer isn't right. You can't just get whatever you want just because you ask for it. That's not the way the world works. Residential management is constricted by laws that govern them, deal with it.
Don't move to the middle of downtown if you can't handle noise. That's urban life. Move to Cedar Park and buy yourself a little family home.
