Although service has improved of late, in the past it has often been slow with a great deal of reluctance to replace outdated and worn out equipment. The complex is aging and one swimming pool has been filled in and converted to a "garden" of sorts, leaving only one small pool on the property. There is only one recycling station at the far eastern end of the property (formerly there were two recycling stations, one at either end.) The property is "gated" but the pedestrian gates are typically either open or have electronic locks that aren't maintained. The current personel are VERY friendly and efficient. The complex is typically quiet and many of the residents are friendly and good neighbors. A good, convenient location, close to schools, bus lines, and many retail businesses.
