Perhaps in the past the apartments were not kept up, I feel with Tim one call
all gets taken care of.

Things get fixed as per request.

I feel my only complaint
would be that I have to walk a great distance to take out my garbage.

This is no
reflection on Tim but the property owner's.

Too cheap!!! The exterior lighting at
night should be better, I guess the property owner do not care if a volient crime
may happen, hope it does not occur, but then again I will own the place.
