This is my second time to rent from Abbey Road. I can't find a floor plan I like as well as what Abbey Road has to offer. The two bedrooms are huge. I don't like a lot of noise. I have no complaints about noise at Abbey Road. I also really like the area. It close to a lot of great shopping cntrs, as well as places to eat. Takes me no time at all to get to work by the college. I also feel very safe at Abbey Road. No one has ever messed with my car. The Gates work great, and are easy for company for stop over.

The new manager Tim is great at what he does. Hands down a great Apartment Manager. Never had any problems with the leaseing office. From reading some of the other reviews, looks like a few people are upset that they couldn't pay the rent on time. Thats not the Leasing Office's fault. I pay my rent on time, and have never had to deal with being late...

There are instances when you can't pay for rent on time for emergency situations. You should not get an eviction notice on your first day of being late. It's not on the CONTRACT.
