Older apts but good for the price.

The location is excellent.

I rented both a 2 BR and a 1 BR, and the floorplans were extra roomy.

Much larger than a lot of apts in that area.

They have been working to upgrade, taking out a lot of carpet and putting in pergo, which is nice on the allergies.

They try to take care of service calls as soon as possible.

The only reason I moved is to be closer to work.

Otherwise, I'd still be living there.
