Close to UT Campus... not much else worth bragging about

Complex is very close to UT campus (especially the Law and Music schools) and the shuttle stop is right out front of the complex. Includes a small pool and private balconies on each unit. Units are very small but livable. There are few amenities in the units (garbage disposal, fridge, oven/stove) but there is an on-site laundry room which is seldom crowded. Parking is a real problem; there is NO parking for visitors and the towing company checks almost every night. Management company knows the vast majority of its renters are students and treats them as such. A rent increase of 17% for next year, high utility bills (units aren't insulated very well), and lack of DSL service (I tried 3 companies) make other options around the UT campus far more attractive.
