Stay away from Marquis Management! They took my daughter's entire deposit at University Gardens - charged her $35 for not cleaning her ceiling fan - '' Oh yeah, and they're tearing down the entire complex because it's so old and shabby. These people also manage Camino Real, 31st Street Condos, Vanderbilt Condos, South Point Village, Salado, Nueces Oaks, Castle Arms, Park Place, and Chimney Sweep. Not nice people.
