I have been at the Act VII apartments for the past 6 month, I have nothing but the best from the New Management. They have been so great. I have heard from the long time tenants that the new management company that has taken over since Jan 2008 have renovated and updated the apartment building and most of the apartments with brand new Tiles or carpets and the appliances have been updated to the new ones. There has been a new fence put in place to make the place feel more homey. The managing company is on the ball and very friendly and helpful. They seem to care for people and their concerns. I really recommend this apartment complex that is if you can find a vacant one since everyone wants to stay. I love being on the bus and UT shuttle rout. It is just outside of my parking lot. I am going to extend my lease for a year. Check out some of the pictures right when I moved in.
