I have been a resident at the Addington for three years. I have seen ALOT of very interesting things in this neighborhood. I have seen managers come and go and maintenance men change too. There is a new company now that seems to care about the people they rent to. Thats nice because now the criminal element is gone. The place is small enough that you can get to know your neighbors. I like that because my neighbors are nice. The aparments are good size. I live in a 2 bedroom. The only thing I can say that is a pain is getting in and out of the gate on the weekends because of the flea market across the street because of the people who park in the street. All things being said I like it here. Hope it helps.
