This apt is very old and pretty dirty. There is a serious rats/mice problem here. It was one of the most disgusting sights when I saw four mice in one mouse trap in kitchen cabinet. Office people are fairly nice, but they change all the time. There is a bar right next to this apt, and it could add to noise level at times. There are usually some people standing/walking around parking lot and I don't feel safe. Also, you have a hard time getting your car in and out every weekend due to flea market right across the street.
