This place isn?t terrible, but what the others said is pretty true... we have a child upstairs from us who gets hyperactive EVERY time my son goes to sleep, and the insulation is absolutely that bad- it sounds like thunder. We complained a few times but nothing changed, so we gave up. The worst part, though, has got to be the insects. My son has been bit so many times while sleeping that I can?t count them all, and I never can find the pest that does it to him. With pest problems like this, you?d hope that the exterminators would be more available, but they only come once a week, so you often have to deal with this for some time. Overall I?d say explore your options first!
**UPDATE ON MOVE OUT**
Beware the clause in their lease that says your lease will automatically renew if you don't give sufficient notice (2 months in our case- ridiculous!). We were 7 days late and they charged us $150...
